Using the forms on this page
The RMA says that a resource consent application must:
- be made in the prescribed form and manner, and
- include an appropriately detailed assessment of environmental effects.
If this information is not provided, then your application may be considered "incomplete", causing processing delays and the likelihood of increased costs.
Our consent application forms are provided below in PDF format. The questions in these forms will help you provide the information we need to begin processing your consent application.
You should fully complete the forms and provide as much detail as you can with your application/s. For some proposals we may also require supporting information such as plans, drawings or technical assessments. Where possible we would prefer this information to be provided in electronic format, such as CD.
Please also make sure you understand the costs and processes involved with resource consent applications. Plenty of information is provided on this website.
