Your rates invoice
Environment Waikato's regional rates are invoiced once a year. Your rates invoice sets out how much is owed including any balances carried forward from last year. Your rate assessment notice shows how the regional rates for your property are calculated and which regional rates are applied to your property.
You can also:
- find out how to pay your rates invoice
- work out what your own rates will be
- check out our remission and postponement policies information.
Check out frequently asked questions if you need more information about your rates invoice.
In 2007/08 two districts (Otorohanga and Taupo) underwent a property revaluation. These are likely to have affected the amount of rates paid by people in these areas. You can work out your rates by using our rates calculation form.
